Hired before opening to be an integral part of the staff recruiting and training process, working closely with the owners and Technical Director to successfully train, schedule and manage a crew of 15+ lighting and sound technicians and work with an annual budget of nearly half a million dollars.  Designed and implemented the administrative, payroll, IT and budgeting/financial reporting structures for the tech department that formed the backbone of their day-to-day operations. Spearheaded a project that allowed shows recorded at the venue to be sold to customers online within 24 hours of the show, and wrote the standard contract to secure the music rights from artists. Responsible for processing payroll, invoicing, scheduling, sourcing materials, and acting as a fabrication assistant at a top of the line specialty costume and creature shop serving clients including the Muppets, Disney on Ice, film and TV clients, and professional theaters nationwide.  7/03-1/04		Press Agent/Marketing Consultant—Townhall Theater Company Served as press agent, liaising with local media to ensure events received press, writing press releases, and acting as a graphic designer laying out programs and advertisements for the season’s shows.   9/01-9/03		Company/Production Manager/Designer—The East India Theater Company Brought in at the company’s founding to help launch the company, and responsible for successfully drafting and filing all legal paperwork and documentation required to achieve non-profit status without the assistance of a lawyer.
